Hi, I'm Taneisha Phillips, an experienced accountant based in Fountain, Colorado, just outside of Colorado Springs. I specialize in bookkeeping, QuickBooks setup and cleanup, and payroll services for small to mid-sized businesses across the U.S. Using secure cloud-based technology, I’m able to serve clients nationwide with speed, accuracy, and reliability.

I bring over 8 years of bookkeeping experience and hold a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, which allows me to support business owners with both day-to-day financial management and long-term growth strategies. It’s incredibly fulfilling to help small businesses take control of their finances, save time, and focus on what they do best. On average, I help clients save over 60 hours a year—time they can reinvest into building their business or enjoying life.

Originally from San Bernardino, California, I now live in Colorado Springs with my daughters. As a U.S. military veteran, I carry a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to service into every client relationship.
